Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revotraders. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any of our products or services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing any product, or using any service offered by Revotraders (“Revotraders”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you (“you” or the “Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Risk Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

2. Nature of the Services

Revotraders provides educational products and services relating to the crude palm oil futures market (FCPO), including video courses (Trade Cara Revo), structured programmes and private communities (Revo Trading School), one-to-one coaching sessions, market commentary and educational alerts (collectively, the “Services”).

Revotraders is an education provider. We are not a licensed investment adviser, fund manager, broker or financial planner, and nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

3. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

4. Accounts, Verification and Accuracy of Information

Access to member areas is granted by reference to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase, verified against our official payment records. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your access. We reserve the right to suspend access pending verification of identity or payment.

5. Intellectual Property; Licence; Prohibited Conduct

All course materials, videos, indicators, signals, commentary, software, text, graphics and other content comprised in the Services (the “Content”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Revotraders or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Content for your own private, non-commercial education. You must not, without our prior written consent:

  • share, disclose or permit the use of your access credentials by any other person;
  • copy, reproduce, record, download, screen-capture, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense or otherwise make the Content available to any third party;
  • use the Content to create derivative works, competing products or paid groups; or
  • scrape, data-mine or systematically extract any part of the website or member areas.

Any breach of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and shall entitle Revotraders to immediately terminate all access without refund, and to pursue all remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief and damages.

6. Community Conduct

Access to any community (including Telegram or WhatsApp groups) is a privilege incidental to membership. You shall not engage in harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, promotion of third-party services, or any conduct which, in our reasonable opinion, is disruptive or harmful. We may remove any member from any community at our discretion, without refund, where such conduct occurs.

7. Market Commentary, Signals and AI-Generated Content

Any market levels, alerts, signals, analyses or commentary made available within the Services (including content generated with the assistance of automated or artificial intelligence systems) are educational illustrations of a trading framework only. They are general in nature, are not directed at the circumstances of any particular person, and must not be relied upon as investment advice. You retain sole responsibility for every trading decision you make and for the management of your own account and risk. Revotraders does not accept funds for management and will never ask to trade on your behalf.

8. Fees, Payment and Refunds

All fees are payable in advance through our authorised payment processors. Refunds, cancellations and guarantees are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may reference or link to third parties, including brokers, payment processors and messaging platforms. Such third parties are independent of Revotraders; we make no representation as to, and accept no responsibility for, their services, terms or conduct. Any account you open with a broker is a contract solely between you and that broker.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that the Services will produce any particular trading result or financial outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Revotraders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
  • Revotraders shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses howsoever arising, including losses alleged to result from reliance on any Content; and
  • our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revotraders, its proprietor, personnel and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, upon any material breach of these Terms, including breach of Section 5 (Intellectual Property), Section 6 (Community Conduct), or the initiation of an unmeritorious chargeback as described in the Refund Policy. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 shall survive termination.

14. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Services after publication of an amended version constitutes acceptance of the amendment.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the Services.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
